Daði is a co-owner of Pálmi Estate Agency and brings extensive experience in property sales and brokerage in Spain, where he has resided in recent years. He has an in-depth understanding of both the real estate market and the particular environment sought by Icelandic buyers and sellers.

Daði is a qualified waiter, holds a degree in Marketing and Export Management from the University of Iceland, and an MBA from Wilmington University in the United States.

You will find Daði at Pálmi’s Ciudad Quesada office, where he will warmly welcome you and assist with buying or selling property in Spain.

Ívar is one of the co-owners of Pálmi Estate Agency and is based at Pálmi’s office in Kópavogur. He has extensive experience in finance and property transactions, having worked in estate agency in Iceland and held finance-related management roles across the housing sector and tourism industry.

Ívar holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Madrid and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Scotland, in addition to having completed the API real estate qualification in the Alicante region. He speaks fluent Spanish and has built a strong network across the area. In his leisure time, Ívar enjoys playing padel and golf on the Costa Blanca.

You will find Ívar at the Pálmi office in Kópavogur, where he will be delighted to welcome you and guide you through the next steps of purchasing a property in the Alicante region.

Kristinn—or Kiddi, as he is known day-to-day—is a sales consultant and property advisor at Pálmi Real Estate, bringing extensive commercial experience. He has worked in property sales across both Iceland and Spain and has completed numerous professional development courses, including in human resource management and insurance.

Kristinn spent 11 years at VÍS, where he gained vast experience in client relations, establishing trust, and building strong, lasting connections with clients.

Kristinn’s core strength lies in his exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with his broad experience and a genuine commitment to finding the ideal solution for each individual client.

You will find Kristinn at Pálmi’s office in Spain, and when he is not there, he is based in Iceland.

Arnold is of Dutch origin, but has lived in Spain for over 20 years and knows the area like the back of his hand. He has worked in property sales for more than two decades and possesses the experience and knowledge required to guide clients with confidence through their property purchase.

Arnold is known for his professionalism in all his work, and with his longstanding connections in the area, he can put clients in contact with the right people, whether tradespeople or other specialists. Beyond his extensive experience, Arnold is also exceptionally engaging and pleasant to deal with, making working with him a pleasure from day one.

Zulymar Castillo, or Zuly, is part of the team at Pálmi Real Estate, bringing together experience in property sales, in-depth knowledge of the Costa Blanca region, and expertise in digital marketing. Having lived in Spain for many years, she knows the area intimately and has valuable insight into the diverse opportunities the Costa Blanca has to offer. She also understands the needs of those seeking a home, a holiday home, or an investment property in Spain.

Zulymar holds a degree in digital marketing and has specialised in social media marketing. At Pálmi, she oversees digital marketing, working strategically to promote our properties to both Icelandic and international buyers.

With her experience in property, marketing, and Spain, Zulymar plays an essential role in connecting the right buyer with the right property.
